Warranty & Sizing
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for one year (damages caused to gemstones accidental or not, are not covered by our warranty). If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair and ship it back at no cost to you.
Within 60 days of shipment to our US, Canadian, UK, and Australian customers, we also offer one complimentary resizing for our standard ring styles, when within jeweler’s recommended sizing range, with free shipping back to you (does not include gold wedding band, contact us for details).
